Swim

Because Hallie has been so fearful of the water, I decided to put her in swimming lessons this summer.
Her teacher's name was Elizabeth and Hal loved her.  Now, whenever I swim with her she wants me to pretend to be Elizabeth and play all the games and do all the swimming drills Elizabeth taught her.
By the end, she was an old pro.

Saigey didn't think it was fair that she couldn't get in too.

The 4th

For The 4th of July this year, we had a BBQ with some friends.  It started sunny with cute-faced Hal and her buds in the pool.

Tyler is her best friend.  She is way too interested with weddings and marriage and says she will marry either Tyler, daddy's friend Aaron, Prince Eric, or her imaginary husbands Nick and Ryan.  Maybe even two of them.

Back to the 4th.

Then it started to rain.  (Words can not express how in love I am with this picture of H.)
So we all literally crammed inside.  Can you believe this cake?!?!
It ended at home with some sparkler fun.  Saige's face made the night.

10X

OHHH
YEAH!
 JACK
 POT!

Hallie pooped ten times on the potty and earned her trip to Yogolicious.

  We ALL earned this one!

E's b-day

I was just looking through pictures from this year and realized I never documented Eric's 27th birthday in May.   We had fun making this intense ninja fight-scene on his cheesecake.
I love the look on these two faces as they enjoy the moment together.
We are obsessed with this Eric of ours.  He is simply everything wonderful combined into one handsome hunk of a man.

We are also obsessed with his b-day cheesecake recipe, and have now adapted it into another incredible creation....
We realized that the only times we have argued in the last few months have been in some way due to the last piece of one of these beauties and an accused unequal distribution to each of our belly's.

Our fav place in the ATL

  Lake Allatoona.
Check out this beautiful view.
It's beach is almost as good as going to the coast.  Maybe better for us because there are no pets or alcohol allowed.  It's so peaceful, quiet and not crowded.  I want to go pack my bag and head there right now just thinking about it.  These are pic's from when we went with some friends on Memorial Day.

Dad is the best boat puller.
Saige is the master snacker.
 Hal is the sandcastle queen.

And I just like to watch it all happen and pray that my legs get some sun.
