Santa came...

I have been a happy, crazy, paparazzi lady since Christmas morning, having so much fun with my new camera.  On Christmas day I seriously took about 1,000 pictures, not to mention the other 1,000 I have taken since, so it has been fun and overwhelming to sift through them and edit my favorites.  I still have so much to learn about it all, but I must say it was the best Christmas present ever!  I love that I now can catch every little expression that my little girls make.  No more, "Look at mom....wait...keep looking... dang-it... take the picture..." and the moment is lost just as the flash goes off.  Here comes the first post of a long list of catch ups that might take me months to do because I still haven't even put a dent in my editing.  I keep taking pictures and so the editing pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.... I will finish sometime soon hopefully.

This Christmas was seriously the best ever.  Because we stayed home, we didn't spend all of our money on traveling and got to get each other and the girls AWESOME presents.  I know it's not about the gifts, but it sure made Christmas morning fun. Then we broke up the fun to celebrate the real meaning of Christmas.  The cuties all decked out for church in their Christmas dress's.
